The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Support pupils in the classroom on a one-to-one basis and in small groups

Assist class teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons

Help children with additional learning, behavioural, or emotional needs

Encourage pupil participation, confidence, and independence

Support pupils during lessons, breaktimes, and school activities

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

What We're Looking For

Experience working with children in a school, childcare, or support setting

A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
