Summary

As a Learning Coach, you will be responsible for onboarding, coaching, training, reviewing, assessing, monitoring and tracking apprentices within your designated vocational area. Delivery will take place either remotely or face-to-face at employers' premises.

You will be expected to deliver apprenticeship standards and will be responsible for coaching learners to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to successfully achieve their apprenticeship standard to a level of distinction wherever possible.

You will maintain a funded caseload of learners in line with Well Training policy. The agreed caseload will be agreed with the Head of Apprenticeships, considering your subject specialism and the delivery requirements.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date learner records by updating weekly tracking information and learner progress within Smart Assessor and other reporting systems. This includes monitoring and recording apprentice progress towards their apprenticeship standard and, where applicable, Functional Skills qualifications.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is up to date and submitted to the Recruitment and Compliance Manager on a timely basis, in line with the business standards including learner training plans and any change of circumstances. It will also be your responsibility to ensure learners off the job hours are on track and added to Smart Assessor or other systems.

You will also be responsible for ensuring employer reviews take place every quarter with your caseload of Apprentices.

You will take an active part in standardisation meetings and share best practice across the apprenticeship team.

You will actively contribute to WELL Training' quality assurance processes by undertaking assessment and IQA activities, participating in teaching and learning observations, and supporting with Ofsted activity in line with company policies and procedures.

As a Learning Coach, you will be responsible for producing resources and improving ongoing curriculum development to deliver high-class learning to all WELL Training apprentices.

You will complete a minimum of 30 hours CPD annually and participate in any additional CPD identified by the Head of Apprenticeships. This includes maintaining and developing your occupational competence, industry knowledge and subject specialism to ensure your skills remain current and relevant.

As a Learning Coach, you will always act as a positive ambassador for WELL Training Ltd, promoting the organisation's vision and values in all interactions with learners, employers, colleagues and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for ensuring all activity meets Health & Safety, Equality, Data Protection, Safeguarding etc. as stated in WELL Training Ltd.’s policies and procedures.
