We’re looking for an experienced Interim Property Services Manager to provide senior leadership and professional property advice across a diverse property portfolio.

This is a property-focused role, requiring strong experience across valuation, acquisitions, disposals, asset and property management, rather than a general facilities management background.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic management of property and asset portfolios, including non-operational property.

Manage property valuations, acquisitions and disposals.

Provide senior professional property and real estate advice.

Lead, manage and develop professional and technical property teams.

Oversee projects, budgets and service delivery, ensuring value for money.

Prepare reports and provide professional representation at internal and external meetings.

Ensure compliance with relevant property, land and valuation legislation and best practice.

Essential Experience & Qualifications

Strong professional experience in property valuation, acquisition, disposal and management.

Experience managing non-operational property portfolios.

Strategic asset management experience.

Proven leadership of professional/technical property teams.

Project and budget management experience.

Knowledge of relevant property, land and valuation legislation.

Relevant degree or equivalent qualification.

RICS qualified or working towards RICS membership.

Full driving licence or access to mobility support.

Desirable

Local authority/property experience.

Knowledge of local authority valuation processes.

Relevant management qualification.
