About the Role

Reporting to the Supported Housing Manager, you’ll be responsible for contributing towards the delivery of a person-centred trauma informed support service within the standards and requirements of NWH, commissioners, funders, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting the manager to achieve agreed KPI’s

• Managing referrals and lettings to the scheme, contacting and interviewing applicants/agencies, maintaining electronic records on each client journey.

• Conducting all move in and pre tenancy paperwork with new residents, ensuring a comprehensive induction to the property is provided to all residents.

• Completing applications for housing and related benefits and ongoing need to maximise income.

• Facilitating, liaising, and attending meetings with voluntary and statutory agencies, ensuring the provision of consistent person-centred support and advice.

• Liaising with various housing providers to secure move on accommodation and provide continued support to residents moving on from the service, for a temporary period where appropriate.
