Summary
We are looking for an organised and motivated Public Relations Officer to support the salon’s public relations, communications and promotional activities and contribute to the growth and reputation of the business.
Duties will include developing and coordinating public relations activities for the salon, managing the salon’s social media and online communication channels, preparing and updating promotional and public-facing content, supporting customer communications, monitoring public feedback and online engagement, maintaining communication and promotional records, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities to improve the salon’s public image and attract new customers.
The successful candidate will work closely with the salon team to ensure that public relations, communication and promotional activities are planned and delivered effectively and consistently with the salon’s business objectives.
