Summary

Strong Group Security Ltd is seeking a Public Relations and Social Media Officer to support the company’s external communications, public relations, digital presence and brand reputation within the UK security services sector.

The successful candidate will help communicate the company’s security services to businesses and the wider public across sectors including corporate offices, construction, retail, events, hotels, healthcare and industrial premises.

Key responsibilities will include planning and managing the company’s social media communications; preparing professional content relating to security services and company activities; supporting public relations and external communication campaigns; maintaining consistent company messaging across digital channels; preparing news updates, announcements and other communication materials; monitoring online engagement and public feedback; supporting the company’s online reputation and brand image; researching relevant security-industry news and communication trends; coordinating communication material for different security services and target sectors; assisting with email and digital communication campaigns; monitoring communication and social media performance; and preparing reports and recommendations for management.

The role will work with management and operational teams to ensure that external communications accurately represent the company’s services, professional standards and commitment to providing reliable security solutions.
