This will, in turn, give employees more of a sense of belonging and transparency around the business and future plans. It also allows employees to potentially benefit financially from the success of the business.

We are now looking for an SEO Specialist to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm, with occasional evening work.

What’s more, you’ll join an employee-owned agency where, after probation, you’ll have a genuine stake in the business and the potential to benefit financially from its success.

Alongside hybrid working, profit share, health and lifestyle benefits and regular social events, you’ll be part of a friendly, collaborative environment with a strong sense of ownership.

So, if you’re ready to lead ambitious SEO work and share in the success of the agency you help grow, read on and apply today.
