Are you an experienced, creative and commercially minded Marketing Manager looking for a role where your work can make a real difference?

At the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability (RHN), we're looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to help raise awareness of our specialist services, strengthen our brand and support the continued growth of our organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, developing innovative marketing campaigns that connect our specialist expertise with the people and professionals who need it most.

About the role:

As our Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that build our reputation, increase awareness of our services and support patient referrals and organisational growth.

Working closely with senior leaders, clinicians and operational teams, you'll translate complex clinical information into engaging, accessible content that resonates with a range of audiences, from healthcare professionals and commissioners to patients and families.

You'll take ownership of marketing activity across digital, social media, paid advertising, website, content, PR and events, using insight and analytics to continually improve performance.

You'll also have the opportunity to help shape our future digital marketing strategy, exploring emerging technologies, AI-powered search and new ways to ensure our specialist expertise reaches the right audiences.

We're looking for a confident, enthusiastic and results-driven marketer who enjoys balancing big-picture thinking with getting things done.
