Specialist Outreach Nurture Teacher - Leigh
Location: Leigh, Greater Manchester
Pay: £26-£32 per hour

SEND Inclusion Support are looking for an experienced Nurture Teacher to provide specialist 1:1 education to a young person in the Leigh area.
This is an opportunity for a teacher who wants to use their experience differently - working closely with one young person, building trust and creating an education programme that reflects their individual needs rather than trying to fit them into a traditional classroom model.
The provision may involve working in the home and/or community, depending on the needs of the young person.
You will:

You will have access to our Nurture Curriculum, providing structure, resources and progression while allowing you the professional freedom to adapt sessions.
You won't be expected to start from a blank page.
A teacher who:

Holds QTS or has substantial relevant teaching experience.

Our Nurture Teachers receive ongoing support from our specialist team and attend termly Nurture Teacher Days to share practice, resources and ideas with colleagues.
This isn't day-to-day supply. It's a specialist outreach role where you can focus on the young person in front of you and make a genuine difference.
