Summary
We are recruiting an experienced Night Manager to join the team at a stunning luxury hotel on the Hebrides
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong hotel or front-office experience who enjoys taking responsibility and delivering exceptional guest service.
The role will include:
• Taking responsibility for the hotel throughout the night
• Welcoming and assisting late-arriving guests
• Completing night audits and end-of-day procedures
• Handling guest requests and resolving any issues professionally
• Carrying out security and safety checks
• Preparing the hotel for the following day's operation
• Liaising with the wider management and reception teams
• Ensuring guests receive the high level of service expected from a luxury property
