Summary

Dementia UK has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Technology and Digital Transformation team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to help shape a new clinical system that will be fundamental to how our nurses deliver services and record information about the families we support.

This role will lead the business analysis activity for our new clinical system implementation. The programme is already underway; you’ll build on this strong foundation. You’ll work across clinical and operational services to understand different ways of working, undertake detailed discovery and identify how processes and information flows can be simplified, standardised and improved. You will map current and future processes, facilitate workshops and interviews, analyse workflows and user needs, and translate complex findings into clear requirements and recommendations.
