Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's needs and risks in line with statutory requirements.
Develop and implement individualized care plans focused on the safety and well-being of children.
Collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and multi-agency partners to deliver coordinated support services.
Monitor and review cases regularly to ensure positive outcomes and compliance with safeguarding procedures.
Provide advocacy and support to children and families to empower them in decision-making processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
Participate in supervision, training, and professional development activities to enhance practice and knowledge.

Pay Per Hour: £23.75
