Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated CSW - Senior Social Worker to join our Localities team at Grade 8. This pivotal role is suited for a Social Care qualified professional who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the community by providing high-quality social work services. As a Senior Social Worker, you will play a key role in managing complex casework, supporting vulnerable individuals and families, and leading interventions that promote positive outcomes. You will work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring that care plans are effective, timely, and person-centered. Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex social work cases within the localities team ensuring high standards of care.
Develop and implement individualized care and support plans in collaboration with service users and their families.
Provide supervision, guidance, and support to junior social workers and other team members.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to coordinate services and interventions.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures in all aspects of service delivery.
Conduct risk assessments and take appropriate action to safeguard vulnerable individuals.
Contribute to service development and improvement initiatives within the social care locality framework.
Maintain accurate and timely records and reports in accordance with organizational standards.
Hours Per Week: 36
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £28.80
