We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children Services Experienced / Senior Social Worker - Level 3 (PO3) to join our Social Care team. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to support children’s safety and well-being.
Manage complex case loads with a focus on safeguarding children from harm.
Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners including health, education, and law enforcement to coordinate services.
Provide counseling and support to children and families, including crisis intervention when necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and prepare reports for internal and external reviews.
Participate in supervision, team meetings, and relevant training to ensure best practice and professional development.
Hours Per Week: 35
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £28.94
Location: South London
