• Covering Cambridgeshire & West Essex area

Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

• Full Time and Part Time applicants considered – minimum 30 hours

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £26,000 FTE per annum (pro rata for part time hours)

East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) is looking for a Community Fundraiser to support and grow fundraising activities across Cambridgeshire and West Essex. In this varied and rewarding role, you'll work with supporters, volunteers, community groups and local organisations to raise vital funds and awareness for children and young people receiving hospice care and their families.

Working closely with the Senior Community Fundraiser and wider fundraising team, you'll help develop fundraising opportunities, support volunteers, attend community events and ensure supporters receive a positive and engaging experience throughout their fundraising journey.

About the role

As Community Fundraiser, you will:

• Develop and maintain relationships with supporters, community groups and local organisations.

• Encourage and support individuals and groups with fundraising activities.

• Help achieve fundraising objectives across the region.

• Represent EACH at community events, presentations and hospice tours.

• Support and coordinate fundraising volunteers.

• Contribute ideas to help develop inclusive and engaging fundraising activities.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across fundraising, marketing and other teams.

• Maintain accurate records and supporter information using our database systems.
