Summary

Working with the Senior Community Fundraiser in maximising income and raising awareness across the specified area. As a member of the Community Fundraising Team you will contribute to the development and implementation of the wider Community Fundraising strategy, working with colleagues to embed a culture for fundraising success and support across the wider organisation. Responsibilities: Income Generation & Growth Work closely with the Senior Community Fundraiser and wider Community Fundraising team to maximise income across the region, meeting and exceeding annual fundraising targets. Identify individuals and groups with fundraising potential and ignite their passion to support EACH. Supporter Engagement & Stewardship Deliver exceptional relationship management to supporters ensuring year-on-year retention and uplift. Represent EACH at events, presentations, and hospice tours, showcasing the charitys impact and inspiring support. Work closely with the Senior Community Fundraiser to provide high-quality supporter fundraising journeys and seamless event coordination. Use EACHs database (Raisers Edge) to accurately record supporter activity, in line with GDPR. Volunteer Leadership Lead, organise, and upskill a team of fundraising volunteers to support local events. Identify gaps in volunteer coverage and recruit new members to strengthen the team. Innovation & Collaboration Contribute to the development of new, inclusive, and diverse community fundraising ideas and practices. Collaborate with colleagues across teams, including Corporate and Marketing, to cross-sell opportunities and share impactful stories. Support the Events Team by introducing new supporters, encouraging participation, and stewarding event attendees to build long-term relationships. Administration & Efficiency Carry out essential admin tasks including banking, thanking donors, and maintaining accurate records. Follow organisational processes to improve efficiency and deepen supporter engagement. Manage time and priorities effectively to focus on income-generating opportunities.
