Job Advert Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Occupational Health System Support Officer in the Occupational Health Unit.
For this role, the successful postholder will have the flexibility to be able to predominantly work from home, however, there will be a requirement to attend Carmarthen HQ (contractual base) at least 2 days per month.
What you will be doing?
This role provides administrative and digital systems support to the Occupational Health Team.
A significant component of the role involves the use of the Occupational Health database (OPAS G2), electronic workflows and the production of reports, requiring strong IT capability and confidence using digital systems.
The role includes database management, data analysis, service improvement tasks and supporting the delivery of a professional efficient and digitally focused Occupational Health Service.
Facilitate support for service improvement, assist in creating new working methods, data collection together with administrative clerical support, responding to enquiries, telephone, electronic and verbal.
To undertake general Occupational Health administration duties as required.
The role includes understanding workflows within the Patient Management System.
