We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality Lead and Shared Lives Manager (Grade 9) with a social care qualification to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for overseeing quality frameworks, monitoring service effectiveness, and leading the recruitment, assessment, and support of Shared Lives carers. Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance and improvement strategies across social care services.
Manage the Shared Lives scheme, including recruitment, assessment, approval, support, and training of Shared Lives carers.
Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and ensure continuous adherence to safeguarding policies and best practices.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess service quality and identify areas for development.
Collaborate with service users, carers, and stakeholders to promote person-centered care and positive outcomes.
Provide leadership, supervision, and professional development opportunities for the Shared Lives team.
Prepare and present detailed reports on service performance, quality metrics, and improvement actions to senior management.
