Job Advert Marketing & Communications Officer (Fixed-Term Contract) Location: Denmark Hill, London Flexibility: Hybrid working Type: Fixed-Term Contract until April 2027 Salary:£38,000 - £46,900 per annum (pro-rata), plus up to 12% annual bonus KFM is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Communications Officer to join our HR & Communications team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced communications professional to support the delivery of KFM's Marketing & Communications Strategy through effective use of digital, internal and external communication channels. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will play a key role in creating engaging content, supporting communication campaigns, enhancing employee engagement, promoting KFM services and strengthening the organisation's reputation with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of KFM marketing and communications plans, campaigns and projects. Create, edit and publish content across internal and external communication channels, including the website, intranet and social media platforms. Manage and schedule social media content, monitor engagement and respond to enquiries where appropriate. Draft engaging communications materials for a range of audiences, including news stories, announcements, case studies and campaign content. Support the development and maintenance of the KFM website and intranet, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Produce marketing materials including brochures, leaflets, presentations, digital assets and promotional resources. Assist with planning and delivery of internal and external events, exhibitions, conferences and stakeholder engagement activities. Support staff engagement campaigns and initiatives that strengthen organisational culture and employee experience. Maintain KFM brand standards, tone of voice and visual identity across all communications. Monitor and evaluate communications activity, producing reports and insights to support continuous improvement. Act as a first point of contact for marketing and communications enquiries. Requirements Essential Degree educated in a relevant subject or equivalent experience. Experience working within a marketing and communications function. Experience producing and delivering digital communications campaigns. Experience creating content for websites, newsletters and social media channels. Experience using content management systems and online communications platforms. Strong copywriting and content creation skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365 applications. Understanding of communications, marketing and public relations best practice. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills. Personal Attributes Customer-focused approach.
