Children's Home Registered Manager
Salary: Up to £54,000 + up to £12,000 KPI bonus
Location: Manchester, M1
Home Size: 5 Bed EBD (3 placements with a 4th on way)

What We're Looking For
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager, or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to progress
• Strong track record of positive Ofsted outcomes
• Confident leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Thorough understanding of safeguarding and the Children's Homes Regulations
• Strong knowledge of care planning, risk management and regulatory compliance
• Ability to build positive relationships with young people, staff and external professionals
• Commitment to achieving positive outcomes for young people
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the home in line with Ofsted standards and Children's Homes Regulations
• Maintain and further enhance the home's current Good Ofsted rating
• Provide consistent and effective leadership to the established staff team
• Ensure high standards of care planning, safeguarding and risk management
• Promote positive outcomes for young people across education, wellbeing and personal development
• Oversee compliance, internal audits and all regulatory requirements
• Support, supervise and develop staff through regular supervision and performance management
• Maintain a safe, nurturing and child-centred environment
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with social workers, local authorities and other external stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement across the service and ensure high standards of care are maintained
