Your new role

As the successful Early Years Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum. You will create a safe, inclusive and inspiring classroom environment that supports every child's individual development.You will work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants and parents to ensure pupils achieve their full potential. The role may be suitable for both experienced teachers and ECTs seeking a supportive school environment.

What you'll need to succeed

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching within an early year setting

Strong understanding of the EYFS framework

Excellent classroom management skills

A nurturing and child-centred approach to teaching

Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
