We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Independent Safeguarding & Reviewing Officer (ISRO) with a background in social care to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves leading safeguarding reviews, coordinating multi-agency responses, and ensuring robust protection frameworks for vulnerable individuals. Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate safeguarding reviews in accordance with statutory guidelines and organizational policies.
Act as the independent chair for safeguarding case conferences and review meetings.
Liaise with multi-agency partners including social services, healthcare providers, law enforcement, and legal entities to ensure comprehensive safeguarding responses.
Provide expert advice and guidance on safeguarding procedures to staff and management.
Monitor the implementation of safeguarding plans and follow-up actions to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for safeguarding reviews and escalate concerns appropriately.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of safeguarding policies, procedures, and training programs.

Pay Per Hour: £38.00
