Summary

An established residential developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to provide temporary cover on a busy housing development.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards while maintaining build programme targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily site activities and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Monitor build quality and programme delivery.

Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and inspections.

Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and trades to maintain progress.

Resolve site issues and maintain a productive working environment.

Requirements

Proven experience managing residential housing developments.

Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.

Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience would be beneficial
