Summary

Welfare Cleaner Required - Bickleigh (Near Plymouth)

Location: Bickleigh, just outside Plymouth

Start Date: 19th October

⏳ Duration: 3-Year Commercial Build Project

Rate: Competitive (PAYE Only)

We are currently looking for a Welfare Cleaner to join a major commercial construction project based in Bickleigh, near Plymouth, with work expected to last for approximately 3 years.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning site welfare facilities

Maintaining canteens, site offices, toilets, drying rooms, and communal areas

Keeping welfare areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked

Ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the site

Requirements:

✅ DBS Clearance Required

✅ BPSS Clearance Required

✅ Previous cleaning experience preferred

✅ Reliable and able to work independently

Please Note:

No CSCS Card Required

PAYE / Umbrella Only - No CIS Available
