Summary

A leading construction contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial construction project in Plymouth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations on commercial construction projects.

Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.

Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget.

Maintain high standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction.

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.

Experience of working in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 would be beneficial
