Summary
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and developing Phone Clinic 4 U’s online presence, promoting the company’s mobile phone repair, diagnostics, software troubleshooting and consultancy services to both individual and business customers. The role will focus on increasing local brand awareness, generating customer enquiries and building trust through clear, accurate and engaging digital content. The post-holder will work closely with technicians to ensure that all published information reflects the company’s services correctly, while also managing customer interactions, digital advertising and performance reporting. Where required, the role may also provide occasional support with in-store sales activities.
Responsibilities
• Manage the company's social media accounts and online business profiles, keeping services, offers and opening details up to date.
• Create and publish engaging posts, images and short-form videos showcasing services such as screen replacements, battery replacements, software troubleshooting, diagnostics and mobile accessories.
• Share simple phone care tips and advice on common faults to help customers and show company’s knowledge and expertise.
• Encourage and manage customer reviews, responding appropriately to feedback and supporting the company’s online reputation.
• Run targeted paid adverts for local customers and businesses, and track which ones bring in the most enquiries.
• Provide occasional support with in-store sales and customer service activities when operational requirements allow.
Skills Required
• Experience in Digital Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing social media accounts for a business.
• Good written communication and a friendly, professional manner with customers.
• Well organised, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
