Nursery Practitioner – Baby & Toddler Room
Up to £31,900 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join the Baby & Toddler Room within a Good Ofsted-rated nursery. This high-quality setting is located in a lovely area and is known for its welcoming atmosphere, supportive culture, and experienced leadership team who are committed to helping both children and practitioners thrive.

What We're Looking For
Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
Experience working with babies or toddlers is desirable
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A warm, caring, and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
Support the learning and development of babies and toddlers through engaging, play-based experiences
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel secure and valued
Make full use of the nursery's spacious indoor environments and outdoor garden to support children's development
Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
