What We’re Looking For:
A
Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
Proven leadership experience within a nursery or early years setting.
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Excellent communication, planning, and team leadership skills.
A proactive, warm, and enthusiastic approach to childcare.

Your Responsibilities:
As the
Room Leader, you will:
Lead a specific age group room and ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Plan, deliver, and oversee engaging, age-appropriate activities that support holistic development.
Guide and mentor your team, providing coaching and support to uphold the highest childcare standards.
Build trusting relationships with families, encouraging collaboration in each child’s learning journey.
Maintain rigorous safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance standards
