We are seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to manage the planning, execution and on-site delivery of projects within the contract, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, health and safety standards and client expectations.

​This role combines strategic project management with hands-on site leadership to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and driven professional to act as the link between office-based planning and field-based execution, ensuring seamless project delivery.

​Based in London five days per week, the role will involve working on Grade I listed buildings where listed building consent and heritage consultancy requirements may apply.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from planning through to on-site delivery, ensuring completion on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules and programmes throughout the full project lifecycle.

Coordinate internal teams, contractors, subcontractors and supply chain partners.

Ensure project delivery complies with the CCS Government framework, public sector governance requirements and contractual obligations.

Support procurement and tendering activities, including preparing tender documentation and managing tender processes.

Oversee site operations and health and safety compliance, ensuring appropriate standards are maintained.

Monitor project performance against KPIs and SLAs, providing forecasts, reports and project updates.

Manage project risks, change control processes, variations and project documentation, maintaining accurate records across systems including Tririga, Coupa, Monday.com and SharePoint.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Strong construction project management experience.

Proven experience delivering complex M&E projects.

Good working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and projects.

Experience managing the full project lifecycle from planning through to delivery.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Strong budget management and programme delivery skills.

Excellent client and stakeholder management experience.

Working knowledge of CDM Regulations.

Strong understanding of health and safety within a construction or project environment.

Ability to obtain SC clearance.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Strong personal drive, accountability and a willingness to take ownership.

Experience working on projects involving Grade I listed buildings, including coordination of listed building consent and heritage consultancy requirements.
