Summary

Manage the day-to-day delivery of PEADP activities, ensuring programme sessions and related activities run smoothly, meet agreed timelines and provide a high-quality experience for participating sites. Coordinate delivery partner inputs and outputs, maintaining clear communication, tracking progress and supporting partners to deliver their commitments effectively. Monitor participant uptake, engagement and Trust-level progress, identifying where additional support or follow-up is needed to maintain momentum across the programme. Lead the programmes structured peer-learning and capability-building approaches, including communities of practice, action learning sets and quality improvement focused sessions with NHS senior leaders. Act as a key operational point of contact for programme participants and delivery partners, resolving day-to-day delivery issues and escalating sensitive, complex or wider risks to the Senior Implementation Programme Manager where required. Lead the collection and analysis of programme delivery data, Trust-level progress information and stakeholder feedback, using insight to support reporting, inform operational decisions, and identify opportunities for programme planning, resourcing and continuous improvement. Monitor programme activity delivery against agreed budget parameters, supporting budget oversight and escalating variances or emerging pressures to the Senior Implementation Programme Manager. Line-manage the Implementation Team Officer, providing day-to-day direction, support and performance management to maintain a positive, responsive and high-performing team.
