Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established dealership in Romford. This is an excellent Service Advisor opportunity for a motivated professional looking to progress their career within the motor trade. Our client offers a supportive and professional environment, committed to delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Duties:

- Deliver excellent customer service and foster strong customer relationships

- Book vehicle services and repairs efficiently, ensuring customer needs are met

- Produce accurate and detailed job cards and repair estimates

- Communicate effectively with the workshop team regarding job progress

- Upsell additional services and maintenance opportunities where appropriate

- Manage customer expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the service process

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Strong customer service ethos and a professional approach

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Full UK driving licence
