Duties of a Service Advisor:

- Greeting customers and providing expert advice on vehicle servicing and repairs

- Liaising effectively with the workshop team to ensure smooth service delivery

- Preparing quotations and discussing repairs, estimates, and work required with customers

- Managing customer appointments, follow-ups, and feedback to ensure satisfaction

- Maintaining accurate records of service history and customer interactions

- Ensuring high levels of customer communication and professionalism at all times

Requirements of a Service Advisor:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the motor trade

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- A professional, customer-focused approach to work

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple customer needs

- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills

- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
