Duties of the Vehicle Technician:

- Provide technical diagnostics and repairs to meet customer expectations and enhance productivity

- Maintain and develop technical skills through manufacturer-led training

- Conduct all repair and servicing work in accordance with manufacturer standards and quality assurance protocols

- Perform vehicle health checks accurately and efficiently, ensuring 100% compliance with company procedures

- Uphold health and safety standards consistently within the workshop environment

- Assist with warranty processes and deliver excellent customer service

- Support team activities to uphold dealership reputation

Requirements:

- Relevant formal qualification such as NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

- Full UK driving licence

- Proven experience in inspection, repair, and servicing of motor vehicles

- MOT Tester qualification highly desirable

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Previous experience within a franchised dealership is preferred but not essential
