You will be responsible for completing local and regional deliveries safely, efficiently and professionally while providing a reliable service to customers.Key responsibilities• Driving a car or van in line with road and safety requirements• Completing multi-drop delivery routes with more than 10 drops• Loading, unloading and moving goods by handball• Checking delivery details and obtaining confirmation where required• Completing vehicle checks and reporting any issues promptly• Managing time effectively to meet scheduled delivery expectations• Representing the business professionally at collection and delivery pointsSkills and experience• Previous multi-drop delivery driving experience• Experience completing more than 10 deliveries per route• Comfortable with handball duties and manual handling• Good knowledge of local roads and route planning• A responsible, reliable and customer-focused approach• Full, valid driving licence suitable for the vehicle used• Good communication skills and the ability to work independentlyAbout the companyThe employer operates in Bristol and provides transport, distribution and logistics services, including parcel delivery, freight transport and e-commerce fulfilment.
