About us and job overview:Alderman Richard Hallam (ARH) is a large, thriving primary school with extensive grounds in the Beaumont Leys area of Leicester. Most of our pupils come from the local community and represent a diverse range of backgrounds. We are a fully inclusive school, committed to nurturing every child and helping them to achieve their full potential.We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic and flexible Lunchtime Supervisors to join our team on a term-time-only basis. Successful candidates will be friendly, reliable team players with a genuine interest in supporting children and contributing to the smooth running of our busy school.The role involves supervising and supporting children during the lunchtime period, both in the dining hall and on the playground. You will encourage healthy eating habits, promote positive behaviour and good manners, and organise and lead outdoor games and activities within a safe, supportive environment.This position will report to the appropriate Midday Manager and the Senior Leadership Team. The role is a permanent term-time only position. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 5 hours per week - timings to be discussed at interview. The successful applicant will need to be confident and outgoing, relate well to children and possess initiative and common sense.
