Are you an experienced SENCO looking for an opportunity to lead SEND provision across a group of schools?
An education trust in Hillingdon is looking for a Trust SENCO to join them ASAP on an initial one-year contract, with a salary of £50,000–£55,000.
This is a varied role supporting SEND provision across two secondary schools, two studio colleges and a sixth form. As SENCO, you will work closely with senior leaders and teaching staff across the Trust to ensure pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) receive high-quality, consistent support.
You will oversee SEND provision, coordinate support for pupils, contribute to EHCP processes and reviews, advise and support teaching staff, and work collaboratively with families and external professionals. You'll play an important role in developing inclusive practice and ensuring statutory SEN responsibilities are met across the settings.
The Trust is looking for an experienced SENCO with strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and the confidence to work strategically across multiple schools. Previous SENCO or SEND leadership experience within a secondary setting would be highly desirable.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm
Salary: £50,000–£55,000
Contract: 1 year
