Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a senior consultancy role where your expertise can make a real difference? We’re looking for HR Consultants to provide expert, business-focused HR advice across a large and complex organisation.

The Role

You’ll work closely with managers and senior stakeholders, providing professional advice across the full range of people management and employee relations matters. You’ll play a key role in supporting organisational change, developing HR policy and strengthening positive employee relations.

You’ll also contribute to projects and programmes covering areas such as pay and reward, equality, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, terms and conditions and organisational development.

What We’re Looking For

Significant experience providing senior-level HR consultancy advice within a large, complex organisation.

Strong knowledge of employment and equality legislation, HR policies and procedures and employee relations.

Experience supporting organisational change, policy development and workforce initiatives.

Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, coaching, negotiation and communication skills.

Strong understanding of workforce data and business intelligence to inform HR decisions and change.

Experience of pay and reward, performance management and employee engagement.

Degree, professional HR qualification or equivalent experience/transferable skills.
