Hays Education is recruiting Behaviour Support Assistants to work in secondary schools across Huddersfield and Batley. These are long-term opportunities supporting students who may require additional guidance, encouragement, and positive role models to help them succeed in school.

No classroom experience? No problem.

The RoleWorking as a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will:

Support students both inside and outside the classroom

Help pupils remain engaged with learning

Work alongside teachers and pastoral teams

De-escalate challenging situations

Encourage positive behaviour and attendance

Build trust and confidence with young people
