Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)
Up to £31,000 per year | 40 Hours per Week

What We're Looking For
Full and relevant
Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience working within an early years setting.
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
A caring, enthusiastic, and nurturing approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for child-led learning and outdoor play.

Your Role
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
Plan and provide engaging activities that support children's learning, confidence, and development.
Encourage children to explore, discover, and learn through play, both indoors and outdoors.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery practice.
Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team to deliver exceptional early years education.
