Summary

What's involved with this role:

HR Advisor

Pay Rate: £22.20 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 37 Monday - Friday, 9:00-17:00

Contract length: 2 months

Location: Bradford BD1 1HX

Hybrid - 2 days on site per week, with travel to other sites for hearings when required

Key requirements:

Extensive generalist HR experience, including complex employee relations casework

CIPD Level 5 qualification or significant equivalent HR experience

Strong knowledge of employment and equalities legislation and generalist HR practice

Experience providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers

Experience working with case management systems and within Service Level Agreements

Key responsibilities

Provide practical HR advice on sickness absence, capability, disciplinary, grievance and other employee relations matters

Lead complex employee casework, ensuring policies and procedures are applied consistently and effectively

Coach and advise managers to build their confidence and capability in handling workforce issues

Attend hearings and appeals and ensure cases, correspondence and records are completed accurately and promptly

Work effectively with Trade Union representatives and key stakeholders across the organisation
