Summary

Nursery Practitioner – Level 3

£14.70 per hour | 40 Hours per Week | Term Time | Outstanding Ofsted

This Outstanding Ofsted-rated Montessori nursery is part of an award-winning nursery group and enjoys a peaceful setting surrounded by beautiful grounds. The environment encourages children to slow down, investigate the world around them and develop their independence, with Montessori principles complementing high-quality Early Years practice.

 

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you’ll use your experience and understanding of child development to create meaningful experiences around each child, supporting their confidence, curiosity and individual progress.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • A

    full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above

  • Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting

  • Strong understanding of the

    EYFS and child development

  • An interest in

    Montessori education and child-led learning

  • Confidence planning experiences around children's individual interests and next steps

  • A warm, patient and nurturing approach

  • Good observational and communication skills

  • The ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection

Bringing Learning to Life

  • Provide consistently high-quality care and Early Years education

  • Plan activities in line with the EYFS and individual children's development

  • Observe and assess children's progress and identify meaningful next steps

  • Make full use of the nursery's beautiful grounds and outdoor environment

  • Create a calm, engaging and well-organised learning environment

  • Support children's emotional, social and physical development

  • Build strong partnerships with parents and carers

  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain the nursery's Outstanding standards
