Nursery Practitioner – Level 2
£13.80 per hour | 40 Hours per Week | Term Time | Outstanding Ofsted
Part of an award-winning nursery group, this Outstanding Ofsted-rated setting combines high standards of Early Years care with the principles of Montessori education. The nursery provides a calm and nurturing environment, with beautiful grounds giving children plenty of opportunities to connect with nature, explore outdoors and develop their curiosity through real experiences.
As a Level 2 Nursery Practitioner, you’ll work alongside an experienced team to support children’s individual development, encouraging them to make choices, build confidence and become increasingly independent.
What We’re Looking For
A
full and relevant Level 2 Early Years qualification or above
Previous experience within a nursery or Early Years setting
Good understanding of the
EYFS and child development
An interest in
Montessori principles and child-led learning
A calm, nurturing and patient approach
Confidence supporting children's independence and individual development
Good communication and teamwork skills
A strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
