The Company
This is a great opportunity to join a growing food business with an emphasis on honesty, integrity and transparency. They are currently turning over around £100m and supply the major UK retailers and food service customers. The Commercial teams currently consists of a Senior Account Manager, Commercial Manager and Commercial Director.
The Role
This is a brand new role to the business offering structured development towards an Account Manager position, gaining greater responsibility for customer relationships, commercial negotiations, forecasting, pricing, and account profitability as experience and capability develop.
As a Junior Account Manager you will provide commercial and administrative support to the Account Management team. You will be helping to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure the efficient delivery of product to customers across the UK.
The role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of customer accounts, coordinating with internal departments and suppliers, monitoring product availability and performance, and assisting in delivering commercial objectives. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge required to progress into a full Account Manager role.
Candidate Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
