Summary

A Vacancy at East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust.

Applications are invited for a fixed term post as Paediatrician with an interest in Allergy at Lister Hospital, East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust. It will be essential to have previous experience and training in Allergy at tertiary hospital level. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Paediatrician who wants to join a friendly and supportive Paediatric team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Acute Paediatrics department at East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust. The successful candidate will join a service that prides itself in effective leadership, innovative thinking, and excellent teamwork. We strive to challenge our existing working practices and to constantly improve our service to deliver best practice guidance and to ensure that our patient outcomes are successful, and they feel valued during their visits to the Trust.

This is a fixed term appointment, based at the Lister Hospital in Stevenage. The Lister Hospital enjoys a unique geographical location close to London and Cambridge, and the Trust has a reputation for our commitment to the highest standards of care, but also for our friendly and supportive approach.

• Maintenance of high-quality patient centred care

• Shared responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service and participation in strategic planning

• Teaching and training within the multidisciplinary service

• Active involvement in multidisciplinary team meetings and directorate clinical governance activity

• Active participation in continuing medical education
