Job Description
As a Service Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and operational teams, ensuring service requests are managed efficiently from start to finish. You'll play a vital role in supporting engineers, coordinating workloads, and helping us deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving and processing customer calls, emails and service requests
Dispatching and coordinating engineers and subcontractors
Monitoring shared inboxes and ensuring requests are actioned within agreed service levels
Managing work orders through CAFM systems such as Maximo (training provided)
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Liaising with customers, operational teams and suppliers to provide updates and resolve issues
Prioritising urgent and health & safety-related requests
Escalating risks, delays or service concerns where appropriate
Supporting the wider service delivery team with administrative activities and reporting
