We are seeking an organised and detail-focused Asset Data Coordinator to join ISS's Operations Performance Technical team. In this remote position, you will play a key role in supporting Asset Management and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities, ensuring asset and maintenance data is accurately maintained within CAFM systems and aligned to best practice standards.

Job Description

We are looking for a candidate with strong Excel and CAFM/CMMS experience who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain accurate asset and maintenance data within CAFM systems.

- Support end-to-end asset management and planned preventative maintenance scheduling activities.

- Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure work planning is completed before technician allocation.

- Monitor data quality, accuracy, and compliance with legal, engineering, and ISS standards.

- Prepare and quality assure asset collection, verification, and planning templates.

- Support KPI reporting, audits, inspections, and statutory compliance activities.

- Manage data administration requests, queries, and escalations across multiple platforms.

- Collaborate with customers, Operational Leads and Technical Services teams to identify improvements and deliver effective solutions.
