Location: Liverpool
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum plus excellent bonus package
Brook Street Social Care is hiring for a reputed client and we're looking for an experienced, ambitious and child-centred Registered Manager to lead a
2-bed EBD children's home in Liverpool.
What you'll be doing as the Registered Manager:
- Taking ownership of the home's

- Recruiting, developing and inspiring a strong residential team-where stability matters
- Overseeing
- Building positive relationships with

leadership, quality and day-to-day operation

What you'll bring as the Registered Manager:
- Management/deputy management experience within an

- Strong knowledge of the

Ofsted-regulated children's residential setting
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or an accepted equivalent)
Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards
