An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced
Nursing Home Manager to join an outstanding care provider and lead a
luxury nursing home in Liverpool.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced
RGN or RMN-qualified nurse with previous nursing home management experience who is committed to delivering exceptional standards of clinical care, resident wellbeing and service quality.

About the Nursing Home Manager Role
As
Nursing Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the nursing home. You will provide strong clinical and operational leadership, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality and person-centred nursing care.
You will lead and develop the nursing and care teams while maintaining excellent standards of
CQC compliance, clinical governance, safeguarding and resident care.
Key Responsibilities

- Previous experience managing a nursing home or care home.
- Strong clinical knowledge and leadership experience.

The successful candidate will be an experienced
Nursing Home Manager, Registered Manager or Senior Nurse Manager with a strong clinical background.
Essential requirements:
RGN or RMN qualification.

Experience within a
luxury care home, premium nursing home or high-end residential care environment would be highly desirable.
