We are looking for friendly, professional and reliable Customer Support Assistants / Receptionists to join our team and provide additional cover over the Christmas, New Year period and on going This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service and helping to maintain a welcoming, safe and professional environment.⭐ SHIFTS AVAILABLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcoming residents, visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Managing the reception/front desk
- Answering telephone calls, emails and general enquiries
- Providing excellent customer service and support
- Signing visitors in and out and maintaining accurate visitor records
- Monitoring access to the building and reporting any concerns
- Carrying out regular reception, property and area patrols where required
- Conducting appropriate welfare checks where part of the role
- Responding appropriately to incidents and emergencies
- Reporting maintenance, health & safety or safeguarding concerns
- Maintaining accurate records, logs and shift handovers
- Liaising with residents, visitors, contractors and colleagues
- Maintaining a clean, safe, welcoming and professional reception area
- Following company policies, procedures and security protocols
