Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar.

This job is workstyle 5 - Hybrid+.

You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.

Ready to lead and shape our new Asset Management Team?

This is an exciting time to join Angus Council’s Housing Service. Following a comprehensive service review, we have created a new Asset Management Team to strengthen how we plan, manage and invest in our housing stock.

This newly created Team Leader role offers a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of our Asset Management Strategy. You will oversee stock condition and energy performance information, develop our Housing Asset Management System and help shape planned maintenance and long-term investment programmes for around 8,000 council homes.
